Under the supervision of the Student Activities Department at AlShaab University, the Student Activities Unit in the Business Administration Department organized the department's 2024 Five-a-Side Football Championship. Four teams representing various departments participated in the tournament held on Saturday, March 2, 2024. The final match of the championship was contested between the Second-year Team A and the Second-year Team B. The match ended in a draw at the end of regular time, with both teams scoring three goals each. The Second-year Team B emerged victorious in the penalty shootout. Ahmed Diaa from the Second-year Team B was awarded the title of the tournament's top scorer, while Taha Abdul Karim from the same team received the Best Goalkeeper award. The match was attended by Mr. Natiq Mohammed, the Head of the Student Activities Department at AlShaab University,along with the Business Administration Department coordinator, faculty members, and a crowd of students.
