In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the implementation and activation of scientific twinning between governmental and private universities, aiming to develop higher education and scientific research institutions, a delegation from Al-Esraa University, represented by Dr. Abdul Razzaq Tarsh Zaboun, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Dr. Mohammed Qasim, Head of the Department of Cybersecurity Engineering, visited AlShaab University. During the visit, they met with Dr. Khamees Abdullah Ali, Assistant to the President for Administrative Affairs, and Dr. Bilal Rashid Abdul Majeed, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, along with several professors and lecturers at AlShaab University. The visit included the signing of a twinning and scientific cooperation agreement between the two universities. The agreement aims to enhance scientific and cultural cooperation and build strong ties between AlShaab University and Al-Esraa University. It includes provisions for the exchange of administrative and scientific expertise among the teaching and administrative staff of both universities, as well as the promotion of student activities, cultural, and scientific events. Furthermore, the agreement involves the development of joint programs, workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences to facilitate the exchange of ideas and support scientific innovation. It also aims to enhance the educational journey of students at both universities.
