Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Al-Aboudi inaugurated the Scientific Products Exhibition of Iraqi Universities on the sidelines of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities (AARU), which commenced its proceedings in the capital Baghdad for its fifty-sixth session. The exhibition, showcasing scientific achievements from governmental and private Iraqi universities, was held at the premises of Baghdad University on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. During his visit to the exhibition, Dr. Al-Aboudi toured the booths of participating universities, examining the products and projects of their students. He particularly inspected the booth of AlShaab University, where he closely observed the handcrafted scientific products reflecting the skills and scientific creativity of its students. Furthermore, during his meeting with Prof. Dr Yousif Al-Dunainawi, the President of AlShaab University, Dr. Al-Aboudi was briefed extensively on the university's vision, scientific advantages, and academic programs. He commended AlShaab University for its remarkable efforts in supporting and contributing to various scientific conferences and exhibitions related to education, thus serving its academic mission. Dr. Al-Aboudi was presented with an artistic piece created by the students of AlShaab University, which he appreciated as a testament to the university's productive and ambitious scientific talents. It is worth mentioning that the booth of AlShaab University received visits and attention from officials of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as renowned academic and scientific figures, reflecting the university's significant academic standing and its distinguished participation in the exhibition.
