Al-Shaab University participated in the panel discussion on "The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Sustainable Development," which was held on the sidelines of the Sustainability Week at Al-Mustaqbal University from February 17th to 22nd, 2024. The event was attended by several prominent figures and stakeholders interested in sustainable development and artificial intelligence applications, including the former Minister of Culture, Dr. Hassan Nazim, the President of the Middle Technical University, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Dean of the College of Information Technology at the University of Babylon, and others. Their presence added a special touch to the discussions and dialogue exchange.
The panel began with welcoming remarks from the session moderators, Dr. Mahdi Abadi Manea and Dr. Ali Kazim Al-Gharabi, who provided an overview of the objectives and challenges associated with integrating technology and artificial intelligence into sustainable development. They also gave an overview of the program and the schedule for the panel discussion.

At the end of the session, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University distributed certificates of appreciation to the participants, recognizing their valuable and effective contributions to enriching the panel discussion.
