Assistant Professor Dr. Yousif Khalef Yousif, the President of AlShaab University, participated as a member of a scientific committee, along with competent professors represented by Dr. Yassin Al-Issaoui, a member of parliament, serving as the committee's chair, and Professor Dr. Ali Fares, the Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Al-Nahrain, as a member. The committee discussed a master's thesis by the researcher Qasim AbdulRidha Shagbat Alduraji at the University of Defense for Military Studies titled 'Cybersecurity and Governance for Digital Transformation in Iraq after 2003: A Comparative Study.' The discussion took place on Saturday, January 13, 2024. The committee provided feedback and posed questions to the student researcher, contributing to the enhancement of the thesis's topic and achieving results that serve scientific research in accordance with scientific and academic perspectives.
