The AlShaab University Council held its fifth session today, Saturday, May 27, 2023 during which it discussed a number of organizational matters and issued some administrative orders and instructions for the university. Most notably, the Council discussed upcoming final exams and completing all necessary preparations and requirements to ensure students progress and success, including developing a timetable and schedules. The council discussed the orders related to granting academic titles to teachers with postgraduate degrees (Master + PhD) according to the instructions and directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this regard, as well as the assignment of professors and teaching staff to tasks within their respective departments.
In the same context, the university council discussed other administrative issues related to the appointment of teaching staff and attracting qualified scientific competencies, in addition to regulating tuition fees for university students.
