The AlShaab University Council held its third session on Saturday, April 8, in the University Council Hall.
This session focused on a number of important issues, including scheduling of the second semester final exams for all University colleges and departments. Council members discussed how to conduct the exams, and how to provide an appropriate environment in which students can perform to their best abilities. This step serves the University’s purpose of creating an educational process that improves student academic performance and helps elevate AlShaab University among top tier universities.
The Council also discussed administrative policies and resource management in accordance with University policies, which are based on modern standards that increase efficiency. Specifically, these policies are designed to reduce the time and effort spent on administrative tasks, and define clear processes for proposing, reviewing and approving new policies and orders on a variety of topics which affect staff, faculty and students.
