Prof. Dr Yousif Al-Dunainawi, President of AlShaab University, convened an extensive meeting with faculty members, deans of colleges, heads of academic departments, and teaching staff at AlShaab University on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. The meeting aimed to discuss the latest preparations, procedures, and organizational matters related to the semester examinations for first-year students across all colleges and academic departments at the university. The meeting also emphasized compliance with the instructions and directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the examinations. Additionally, it addressed all necessary arrangements made by the university to ensure the success and smooth conduct of the examinations, free from any obstacles or hindrances that may adversely affect their proceedings. During the meeting, Mr. President listened to some suggestions regarding the examinations and their organization, which were presented by several faculty members at AlShaab University.
