For the purpose of acquainting themselves with the heritage of Iraq and the civilization of Mesopotamia, as well as familiarizing themselves with the prominent laws and regulations encapsulated within these artifacts, and as part of our university's curriculum to develop students' field skills, the students of the Law Department at the College of Law and Political Sciences at AlShaab University - both in the first and second years - organized a scientific visit to The Iraqi Museum in Baghdad. They were accompanied by the Dean of the College of Law and Political Sciences, Dr. Ali Mohammed Naima, along with several faculty members. During the visit, the students roamed through the museum's halls and grand chambers, which housed artifacts, statues, and manuscripts dating back thousands of years. This scientific visit, which is part of the activities of the Scientific and Student Activities Week at AlShaab University, aims to expand and enhance students' scientific and cultural knowledge, acquaint them with the actual work fields and environments for practicing academic specialties, as well as being part of the History of Law course studied by the students as part of their academic curriculum. This experience will be further refined through academic reports prepared by the students under the supervision of their instructors.
