من أجل بيئة تعليمية آمنة ومستقرة، وسعيا إلى زيادة التوعية بمخاطر المخدرات وتداعياتها السلبية على المجتمع، نظمت جامعة الشعب بالتعاون مع مديرية التدريب والتطوير في جهاز الأمن الوطني ومديرية أمن الجامعات، اليوم الأربعاء المصادف 22 / 11 / 2023 وعلى قاعة المكتبة المركزية بمبنى الجامعة، ورشة تثقيفية بعنوان ( مخاطر المخدرات وتأثيرها على المجتمع وطرق مكافحتها) بحضور مساعد رئيس الجامعة، الاستاذ الدكتور خميس عبد الله علي، وعدد من الأساتذة والتدريسيين وطلبة الجامعة، تضمنت الورشة التي قدمها المقدم الدكتور، كرار ناظم من مديرية التدريب والتطوير في جهاز الأمن الوطني، وحاور فيها الدكتور، على محمد نعمة، عميد كلية القانون
