In compliance with the directives and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – Office of the Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs, and based on its letter numbered 72/a, b2 issued on June 4, 2023, AlShaab University has formed an Industrial Advisory Council. The council is chaired by Prof. Dr. Yusuf Khalaf Yusuf, President of AlShaab University, and includes members such as Prof. Dr. Khamis Abdullah Ali, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs; Prof. Dr. Bilal Rashid Abdul Majid, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology at AlShaab University; Dr. Ali Mohammed Nama, Acting Dean of the College of Law in the University; Dr. Laith Abdul Amir Mohammed, Director of the Information Technology Department; Prof. Dr. Arshad Fouad Majid, Head of the Finance and Banking Department at AlShaab University; and expert Taha Ahmed Abdul Salam, Executive Director for Securities Affairs, in addition to Prof. Dr. Fadhil Sarhan Kadhim, Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department at the Technological University.

The council aims to develop and elevate the scientific reality, reinforce the foundations of the educational process and scientific research in line with global developments in the field of education, as well as to reflect the university's visions and values represented by skill and education.
