بحسب تعليمات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي المتعلقة ببدأ الدوام الرسمي في الجامعات ،استقبلت جامعة الشعب طلبتها الجدد من المرحلة الاولى الذين باشروا بالدوام في الجامعة اليوم الاحد المصادف 26/11/2023 حيث جرى تنظيم الطلبة وتوزيعهم على اقسام كليات الجامعة التي سبق وان قدمو عليها للدراسة فيها وسط استعدادات واستحضارات كاملة اتخذتها جامعة الشعب وهيأتها للطلبة الجدد متمنيةً لهم عام دراسياً حافلاً بالنجاح والتفوق والانجازات العلمية والأكاديمية المميزة وخوض تجربة جامعية مثالية
