In line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the implementation and activation of scientific twinning between government and private universities, aiming to develop and enhance the reality of higher education and scientific research institutions, a delegation from Al-Ameen University, represented by Professor Dr. Younis Abbas Hussein, President of the University, Professor Dr. Kazem Hassan Hussein, Dean of the College of Engineering, and Professor Dr. Radi Shdhhan Hamoudi, Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering, visited AlShaab University and met with the President of the University, Prof. Dr Yousif Al-Dunainawi. During the visit, the mechanism for signing the twinning and joint scientific cooperation agreement between the two universities was discussed and finalized. The agreement aims to strengthen scientific and cultural cooperation and build strong bonds between AlShaab University and Al-Ameen University. It includes provisions for the exchange of administrative and scientific experiences among the teaching and administrative staff of both universities, as well as enhancing student activities, cultural and scientific events. Furthermore, the agreement entails the development of joint programs, workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences aimed at fostering idea exchange and supporting the development of scientific innovations. It also aims to enhance the educational journey for students at both universities. The signing ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Khamees Abdullah Ali, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, and Associate Professor Dr. Bilal Rasheed Abdul Majeed, Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology.
