 Department vision

The vision of the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs is to create an individualized student-focused path for success. We seek to transform the traditional student experience through the strategic use of technology, ensuring admission and registration procedures at our college contribute to the achievement of academic excellence and the development of workforce skills.

Message

The Office of Admissions and Student Affairs provides a variety of services, programs, and activities in support of the academic mission of the University. It is committed to excellence and an integration of technical, administrative, and academic support from admission to graduation. We coordinate between the colleges and senior administration to ensure achievement of the University and academic department goals. First and foremost we recognize that the mission of the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs complements the institution’s mission, with the enhancement of student learning and personal development and appreciation for diversity being the primary goals.

Objectives

  • Build trust between the student and the University.
  • Lay the foundations of administrative and organizational structures.
  • Ensure students’ rights are respected and enforced.
  • Create a database for all university graduates.
  • Provide efficient and high-quality services to all university students in compliance with University guidelines and regulations.

Documents Required for Application and Admission

1-National identification card or unified card

2-National identification card, unified card, or death certificate (if either or both are deceased) of the student's father and mother

3-Residence card

4-Original or certified copies of school transcripts

5-The Institute document in case the student is also a graduate of the Institute and wishes to add additional grades to the application rate.

Documents Required for Registration (Admitted Students)

1- National identification card or unified card (3 copies).

2-National identification card, unified card, or death certificate (if either or both are deceased) of the student's father and mother (one copy), residence card (3 copies)

3- Residence card (3 copies).

4- A certified document addressed exclusively to our college with (3 copies).

5- Medical exam from an approved health center

6-Recent photo (six copies)
